How many of you take the problems at work home with you?

Question:
Like if you are having the worst day ever at work. Do you leave that bad day at the office, or do you take it home and fume all night about it?

Answer:
I have a bad habit of taking my work troubles home with me and fuming about it all night long. I've tried relieving my stress with different things: exercise, reading, watching movies, tv, computer, etc....doesn't always work though.

What I really need is a new job and I'll be looking for another real soon! LoL!
most of the time I need someone to talk to about my problems I had at work, not that I am taking it out on them but just to get it off my chest.
I know you're not suppost to take your work home with you but it helps me to vent it out to my family. They know i'm just venting and their not suppost to solve any of the problems so it's cool and when they have a bad day I let them vent to me. After that's what family is for, right??/
It depends on what kind of a mood everyone else is in. Oh, and Tyler should go out with my friend, becuase she is not a skank.
Heck yah I take it home with me. But I find that it is mostly in my head (my thoughts are bothering me more than actual events).
