Some one told women "You can have it all" but they forgot to mention the high cost. Things suffer: if you're working, you're not raising your kids. If you're at work concerned about your kids, you're not into your job. If you're working all day, no one is taking care of the house and getting dinner ready. If you're working, worried about the kids and the job, you're not feeling romantic. If you're working, worried about the kids and the job, and you're not feeling romantic, and you have 6 loads of laundry to do, plus you feel you have to nag your husband to cook dinner, do you really "have it all?" And if you do- is that how you want to live?
Sorry, but choices need to be made, and life has to be prioritized. My vote: kids, husband and home. I'm not into busting my butt to make life better for a boss/company at the expense of my kids, family and sanity. :-)

I have three kids (6 and under), work everyday, have a husband and a great marriage and relationship, you have to find balance between all the things going on in your life and find time for yourself as well (to stay sane...I go to the gym nearly everyday for at least an hour). There is no magic trick it takes work and a really understanding partner who works with you, not against you...
