Any home business is product driven. If it's not, there is no opportunity to earn residual income. You contradicted yourself in your question by saying work@home business...then you say wk@hm job. Two entirely different things.
You are actually looking for a work at home job. I do not know of any legitimate work at home jobs, other than when a company you work for agrees to let you work from your computer at home. Then you know it is legitimate.
As for a business, you are purchasing a business so you need to expect to pay an investment, and without a product, your business will eventually peter out.
