How do you deal with stress from work, home, school?

-Take warm baths
-Write an angry letter then destroy it.
-Listen to your favorite music(If your favorite music is metal, listen to something ofter or those soft ballads that the metal bands play)
-Play an instrument
-Watch a disney movie
-Have some warm soup
sports, exercise; I paint; and play with my kids
Swimming
Video Games
Yoga (it's great, but never have the time)
i work out at the gym
And in what spare time do i write this list? and then when do i do the activities?
Go for a short holiday somewhere near a waterfall or sea
Going out for dinner or drinks or hang out with friends
Watching Movies
Playing with my cats
Massages
Going to the beach
Exercising
Dessert!- indulging (sad but true)
I golf
Or i pratice my karate
Then i rember why should i care the people there don't really affect my life.
I'd be more than glad to!

Talk 2 yo girl
i say good stressless things are
1.video games or some kind of game
2.Vaction everybody needs one
3.join a group that has same hobbies as you
4.Working out or walking are good
5. chilling with music is what i do

running, listening to music, watchin tv, relaxing, working out, playing sports, hanging out with family and friends, just sittin out on the porch swing and listenin to birds, frogs, crickets, etc., watchin stars, makin lists of what i need to get done, prioritizing my life, but taking time to remember that i need to mantain a balance between work and fun, and just not overloading yourself too much, just learn to relax and dont stress yourself, it will all work out in the end, dont waste your life constantly being stressed, i mean work should be very important in life, but thats not everything and dont make it everything
have a good vacation once in a while.
