life is about giving. if you want to give something you have to have something for yourself and more left to give to others. if your heart is full of desire to help others then that is the only motivating factor that you'll ever need.
Having a goal will motivate you. I am pursuing my dental hygiene degree. As I work at a convenient store I always think that going to work will give me people skills, responsibilities and other experiences that I can use later in life.
