CCCS Debt Consolidation Program. Which one should I go thru?

Question: I want to combine all my credit cards and only pay one monthly payment and get all these high credit cards to a lower interest rate . I would like to be able to get someone in life.. Where do I start? What is a good Credit Couseling Agency to go to? Help
