Be very careful if you decide to obtain a debt consolidation loan. Make sure it doesn't affect your credit in the future. Some debt consolidation loans are seen as bankruptcies when you try to buy a house. Underwriters would rather see a dent in credit. I specialized in unconventional loans. Most of the time, credit tells a story. As long as the "dent" is not an ongoing thing, it should be explained by loss of job, divorce, etc. And... if worse comes to worse, if the lender does not renew the notice, it will be off of your credit after 7 years.
