This will appear on your credit report, and most lenders consider it as a 'professional' bankruptcy.
It is better to speak to a lender not a CCC

look you don't need to go this route -- why rob peter to pay paul == just downsize your life style a little and thrown the extra money at the one with the highest interest and pay off the minimum balance on the others till you get the debt paid off = go a cash pay plan -- if you have to reach in your wallet to take a ten out to buy a case of coker you might just opt for water!
