Which culinary school program has the most hands-on training and best value?

I am specifically interested in pastry and baking but really want to take a culinary AND patisserie training program, combined if possible, but not too ridiculously intensive. Thank you so much! :)

Well if u r not too old I mean like 24 or so You an go to Job Corps and It's free. you can get a really great job while attending too

And there's also a school in St Augustine Florida also
Try graystone culinary school in the Napa Valley!
The Culinary Inst. in Poughkeepsie is awesome.
Also the one Emeril went to, I think it is called Johnson Something or another. Sorry, I don't remember the name.
