Is anyone a Pastry chef/baker?

Question:
I was thinking of going to school this spring for a Professional pastry chef certificate. How is it being a pastry chef? Was it hard in school and do you think it matters if you have a certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree?

Answer:
experience is the most important thing. of course. lol. like in everything. externships/apprenticeships get you a great food in the door but certificates are good enough! if u go to a good school to even get just a certificate, u are good to go!
