You can go to culinary school for Pastry Arts. There you will learn about breads, quick breads, custards, cake making and decorating, chocolate, pulling sugar, pastillage, etc.
I went to PA Culinary, and I don't recommend going there. If you are going to go to a cooking school go to a good one like CIA ( Culinary Inst. Of America) or Johnson and Wales.
