Question:
I'm 16 years old. The two careers I would like to have are, 1)Accessories Designer and 2)Pastry Chef. I'm going to college in about several years to take up Culinary. I would like to know where can I learn more about becoming a Pastry Chef. What are some good books and things? Thanks :)

Answer:
If you have a tech school take the Culinary Arts program ( which will also teach a little about pastry arts)

Or go to a Cooking school such as Johnson and Wales or Culinary institute of America.
you might talk to a local resturant about working part time as a pastry chef this would be great experience.
there is a web site called the culanary arts school my cousin went there and she is a head pastry chef.
