Question:
When I move back home with my parents after college, I plan to take a year off and I'm thinking about taking some culinary classes. Can anyone recommend any good schools that teach classes for casual and inexperienced students that cover broad range of dishes (i.e. not just pastry or baking, etc.) into the curriculum? I'm not looking to go into culinary arts as a profession. I am just interested in making and eating yummy food :) thanks
