Johnson and wales in Charlotte or The Art Institute of Charleston. Which would be a better culinary School?

Question: I plan on attending Culinary School in the fall. Johnson and wales closed it's school in charleston and The Art Institute filled the void there. As far as curriculum which would be a better choice?

As much as I love Charleston - Johnson and Wales in Charlotte has the better rep. They have a 98% hire rate for their graduates.
