I went to the Air Force technical school as well as a Sous Chef training Program. I have been baking and cooking for 13 years. I was additionally trained after I recieved my assignment just for the fact that there are different method due to altitudes and also the way places are run. I am in the military and I love the benefits...lol. But to me there is always work in food because everybody has to eat. Plus I enjoy seeing the joy on people's faces when they eat my products. I go to work at 2am and make fresh pastries for the day. I bake for about 500 a day.
