WHat are some opinions of the Art institute of Houston ( the culinary area)?

I have a choice between the art of houton or le cordon bleu, but I heard that le cordon isent certified to give associate degrees. true/false?

Yummy, I am eating Cordon Bleu right now! =)
Not sure about le cordon bleu but I heard the Art Institute of Houston is a good school with a good rep. I would call a couple of chefs around that area and see what they think about the school.
