Almost any brokerage will offer a "front-end" charting program and trading software for free, but you may be at a severe disadvantage.
I use PremiereTrade, but it costs $3,000 for the software. They trade through FXDD (or I can pick another broker), and I'm seeing on the Message Boards that lots of people use the FXDD front-end to trade through, but use PremiereTrade or some other software to generate ideas.

Try FXCM.Com. They do mini trades. Leverage 1:100. Comes with News module as well as several free charting program including candlestick.
