There is some useful advice here.
Forex trading like any other trading is basically "buy low and sell high" or "sell high and buy low". Just that in Forex you are buying or selling a pair of currencies. Its always quoted in pairs like USD/Yen, Euro/Yen.The best way to see how it works is to try a demo forex version. FXCM has one.
