How often do forex traders trade?

Question:

Answer:
Some of us are Forex "investors" rather than Forex traders and only "trade" once or twice a year. We make conservative trades that generate consistent, long term results.

Other traders may enter and exit positions multiple times in a single day.
Very often.
Haha, you ask funny questions!!38
It really depends on your strategy. Are you a day trader ? Or a position taker ? Do you look at the 15mins chart ? Or you look at the weekly chart ? The impulsive impatient type is better off looking at the 15mins chart before they develop the perseverance to look at the daily chart. For the beginner will tend to want to trade and meddle with their open trade. Which is no good. Develop good trading policy. Like dont change a trade after its created. Do or die let it be. Then you can learn what went wrong or what went right. And tell yourself, right or wrong I am just going to do "X" number of trade. Or get out with the quota of the day. If you made your 30pips. Dont enter again. Or if you strike out 3 times with loss. Dont trade anymore. Anyway, the answer is from 0 to 50. As often as you like as long as there is equity left.
