You went to cash advance but...what?? If cash advance won't give you a loan, likely no other institution will.
If you own a car you could go to an pawn shop that accepts cars and they'll give you a loan. You keep the car but give them the title until it gets paid back. Also, if you have any jewelry or anything of value you can get small loans from pawn shops depending on what it is worth.
