How do I take a Large cash advance from a credit card. ATM's generally cut you off around $300?
Question:
Answer:
Take your credit card and picture i.d. into to the bank and tell them how much you need. I've done this before because I needed $1000 cash.
Go in the bank to a teller.
Go in to the bank. Most of them will do a cash advance on a credit card as long as you have a valid ID. They may charge you a fee, and dont forget that you interest rate may be higher on a cash advance.
Go to several ATM's.
You may be able to go into a bank branch and bring your card and picture ID. Call the bank first to ensure they will do a cash advance. Also call your bank to see if there is a maximum limit for cash advances. Keep in mind, that cash advances usually have high rates, and no grace period.
You can go into any bank and ask for a cash advance on your credit card I think the limit is $1000
call your credit card company and get it pre approved. They can override it.
Just say no.
Clear it on the phone with your cc company first and then tell them you'd like to pick it up at your bank.
Go to any bank that has the logo of your card on the door (either Visa or Mastercard, preferably). Go to the teller and you can fill out a withdrawal slip for whatever your card is good for. Make sure you have plenty of ID.
Contact your credit card company, let them know, they will usually either approve it for the bank to issue or they can mail you a check. You will not be able to take over 300 from an ATM, as that is just an limit for these machines. I would not reccomend going to several ATM's they will charge you a service fee for each use.
I would be very sure that you really need that much cash.
Most business will accept credit cards as payment including utilities, and if you are using it to buy drugs you are on a dangerous downhill fall.
Cash advances carry a very high rate of interest with no grace period.
