Please can some one help me. Hi, I'm not sure what's going on here. But I applied for a payday loan with these people on 12/20/06. I sent all my info. The next day on 12/21/06, I received a phone call from them and they wanted to make sure everything was for real, so we called the bank on three-way, and he confirmed my house address. I was supposed to recieve my pay day loan yesterday and I never got it. Also, there only a 866 number where you cannot get a person just a recording. Now these people have my info. they're are part of MTE Financial. I've read a lot of bad things about them now on scam's. Now I'm afraid that try to take money out of my account and I never received the loan. I need a telephone number to reach them with a real person

You need to contact your bank and talk to them to see if they had ever dealt with this company before and make sure your bank understands that no money should be paid out of your account until you do receive a loan. call your local better business bureau and see what they say about this company and whether there is something else you should do. I have gotten a pay roll advance before but the best way is to give them a check dated for when you can pay it back for the amount you borrow plus any charges and then you don't have to worry
