It's a scam, i get them by the dozen and they go straight in the trash!l! You might of signed up for something in the past and these websites got a hold of your email somehow, no worries as long as you don't fill out any further information you should be okay!!
However, if you are looking to make some extra cash on the side i have found this great website, and believe me i have tried my share of sites and never got anywhere with them!
