Cash Advance Companies?

Question:
Are cash advance companies required to offer payment plans if you cannot pay on your loan any longer?
no. they are rip off lenders... charge 300% on loans... do not mess with them.
Not sure what they are required to do. I'd never go near one.
the title is the collateral along with about 35 percent interest to be paid back in usually 90 days, when you default on that period you loose the ownership to the item you placed in their hands at the time of monetary need
NO. It is not a requirement for any lender to offer payment options unless stated in their contract or terms of service.

Please stay away from Cash Advance! It is a fast spiral downward!
You wont find a Cash Advance Company or a Pawn Shop on the "rich" side of town. That isn't because rich people don't need it, it is because rich people got where they are by avoiding them!
I don't think they are required to do that. They do, however, make alot of money off the interest and charges. If you do owe $$$ to a cash advance co., pay it off ASAP and stay clear of them in the future, all the best.
