You can get a payday loan (essentially they pay you now, you pay it back when you get paid) but the interest and expenses are really high - this is a last resort. I would tough it out if at all possible even if it means you will have some late fees this one time, to me a payday loan is for when you can't afford to buy food and its literally that or starvation (and even then I'd think twice).
You could also try a pawn shop if you have something of value - but they have the same problems. Maybe you could just borrow money from a relative or friend for a few days - maybe even ask your job for an advance on your pay, they may do it though if you just started the job this is a longshot.
