If you need the use of a credit card and can afford to pay for it, just use that money to open a checking account and use the debit card instead. i would say to get a capital one credit card. www.capitalone.com They have the best rates and its easy to get a card.. just be carful with credit. remember u have to pay it back !
APR is the rate u have to pay interest on the money you borrow on the card. if u pay in 20-25 days after the bill comes u dont have to pay interest.
Cash Advance is cash u can get thru an atm with your credit card... dont do this... has high interest / apr.
