Most suggestions you'll get, I suspect will be along the lines of "DON'T DO IT!" Cash advance lenders - title loans or payday advance - are notorious for extremely high interest rates (like 575% percent - that's five hundred and seventy five, not five-decimal point-seven-five). They are also notorious for very ugly collection practices, like wage garnishment, etc., and most will require that you sign an agreement that you will not and can not go to court to fight them on it (or anything else) - you have to go to an arbitrator that THEY hire.
I don't know the whole story but are you sure your mom won't be willing to wait?? Since you have a job you could make payments to her - this would show her that you are serious, and you could even offer to tack on interest and put the deal in writing.
Please try everything else before you resort to a cash advance. There are hundreds of them popping up all over, and I'm sure that eventually you will find one without a job time requirement, but they are like drug dealers - they will do anything to get your business but then they will hook you and you could end up a lot worse off.
Weekend job, small payments to mom, borrow from your bank, hell, even a credit card cash advance might be better than a payday advance if you pay it off within a few months. Please think about it.

Don't get a cash advance, pay-day loan or any other form of financial rape. Those guys will leave you sore. Just tell your mom to wait until you get a job and then pay her back over time. I am sure she won't mind waiting a little while, especially knowing that you aren't heading toward financial ruin via legalized loan sharking.

If you owe your MOM money then you shouldn't be looking to buy anything until you pay back MOM! Called financial responsibility- something most are not familiar with these days!!
