Does anyone know about a class action suit in the midwest against payday advance, (check cashing), companys?

I work with an internet-based payday loan company and that's where most of our customers are (the widwest). If there's a lawsuit against payday loan companies in general, we wouldn't be loaning there, so no, there isn't a large scale suit of that nature.
It is possible that there's a small suit or two against just one or two companies. That's much more likely than a large suit against payday advance companies in general.
THERE ARE SEVERAL BUT THEY WILL GO NOWHERE AS THE PEOPLE WHO GO TO THOSE RIP OFF ATRISTS ARE DESPERATE , RUN OUT OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO BORROW FROM AS THEY FORGOT TO PAY THEM BACK TOO . THE PAYDAYS KNOW THIS AND RAPE THE MORONS WHO GO THERE AND EVERYTHING IS IN BLACK AND WHITE AND WHEN A PERSON DEFAULTS THEY COME AFTER YOU AND TEACH YOU A LESSON IN SPADES . THESE PEOPLE THOUGH DESERVE IT CAUSE THEY WERE LOSERS ANYHOW .
