close your account! they're horrible... I'm assuming trying to talk to them won't help. I would get a new account and close this one out as soon as possible.
Or talk to your bank they may could do a stop payment?
Good luck... been there done that. I try NOT to deal with them often. They're modern day "loan sharks".
Take cash and pay them off. Stay away from there in the future.
you could write the payday company and ask them to change your do date,but if you have a written agreement from the first beginning of the loan that has a payment date then they have a legal right to ask for payment on that date
First take it up with them, if you have kept up your part of the agreement then they should be keeping theirs. If you fell behind on your part of paying them back you may be out of luck as sometimes part of the agreement is subject to keeping with the payment schedule and you missed a payment or was late it could be written that they have the right to do what they are doing now.
