How do citizens who can't afford a lawyer bring up criminal charges against the president and his party?

You don't need a lawyer to file a criminal complaint. I would like to be a fly on the wall when you walk into a police station to report the crimes. lol
We have to pressure Congress into acting now. Firzgerald has concluded his investigation. Therefore Congress can investigate all of the wonderful evidence uncovered at the Libby trial of the conspiracy to lie this country into war.
