What is the diference of a defense lawyer and a criminal lawyer?

a criminal practices criminal law and can be a defense lawyer
There is a Criminal Defense Lawyer, a Traffic Defense Lawyer. A defense lawyer defends criminals or people accused of an offense. I don't think you can say that there is a difference. A defense lawyers is just that!
