Does the state of Arizona provide a lawyer in a criminal case?
Question:
I think there is a constitutional amendment about that, I think you do get a lawyer, check out the constitution.
The right to legal representation is guaranteed under federal law, even under matters of state law. All states, including Arizona, are required to provide a lawyer if you do not hire one yourself.
you had money to put it in the body, why do you not have money to take it out, but yes their is laws the state provide and in a drinking stupid case, you will proble get the point SOME DAY, stay off streets, no drinking and driving, plus a minor whew arizona does has crazy grown ups, now how was that gotten.
In the U.S.A. at all sates you are grantes the raight to have legal representation, and if you can not pay for it, the state must provide you one free of charge.
But remember that you must prove you or your parents can't pay for it in order to get a public lawyer. Just go to court and ask if you qualify.
