What is the difference between Prosecutors, Civil lawyers, and criminal lawyers??
Question:
Please someone tell me the difference between prosecuters, civil lawyers, and criminal lawyers, what they do, and maybe even salaries.
Answer:
A prosecuter is like a District Att. ( they fight to put people in jail. they work for the state or federal goverment) They will do nething to put you away.
Civil Lawyers work on civil cases like car wrecks, land disputes, small claims etc..
Criminal Lawyers work only criminal cases they oppose the DA or prosecutors in cases in other words if you get arrested for theft or so on you will have to get a criminal lawyer to defend you.
great another lawyer, they are all pondscum. actually that would be a improvement
Criminal attorneys handle cases of broken laws; civil attys handle suits or disputes between two or more parties, not necessarily involving broken laws; prosecutors try to convict suspected law breakers; defense attorneys try to defend those same suspects.
