Aside from lawyer, what else/who else do you need to win a criminal case?

Question:

Answer:
This REALLY depends on a case.
But here is some guesses as to WHO MIGHT be needed
1. Private Investigator -- if the police already "convicted" you in their mind and won't look for extra evidence that supports your case
2. Good general witnesses in particularly the ones that can supply yo u with an alibi(they seen somewhere else)
3. Good characters witnesses
And finally
4. Your family and friends to support you during the tough time.

as to WHAT
I would recommend a LOT of money. It will definitely help. Ask your lawyer how.
GOOD LUCK & GOD IN YOUR SIDE
Money.
Witnesses or evidence proving you did not commit the crime (if innocent).

If you are guilty, then you would probably need a lot of low-lifes willing to lie for you.
Aside from good CREDIBLE witness's, I would suggest you have the cash to pay for an attorney. Public defenders get paid even if you go to jail. You get the justice you can afford...
Lack of guilt. If you didn't do it, then you're square.
