Why do people hate criminals while they help in providing employement for many departments like police,lawyers

Because they are afraid of people who made a mistake a long time ago...
Because for every lawyer, cop, district attorney, etc. they've killed, raped, stole from, vandalized property of, etc. of at least one other person. Keeping a lawyer employed is not a good reason to support criminals.

Um, people who commit crimes are creating a cost to society. They are causing the government to spend money on police and lawyers, sure. They are also causing a cost to the individuals they hurt. A person who robs you of $10.00 just cost you at least $10.00 plus the cost of your time and of your decreased productivity because now you have post-traumatic stress.
Now, I might go spend $10.00 to see Mission Impossible. And, believe me, that's a waste of money. But when I do it, I've made the choice. The movie was worth $10.00 to me. If I get robbed, I'm not making a choice, I'm not spending that money because I want to. So the opportunity cost is 100%. I would Never use the money for that purpose willingly, I got nothing for my money and now I don't have it to spend on a movie.
Crime is uneconomical.
The harm they bring to society is far greater than any supposed benefit that they may bring in creating employment in attempting to manage their harm.
Consider that the people employed in police and law might be able to do infinitely more good in other works directed toward direct improvement of the human condition, if they were not employed in correcting those who harm other members of society.
criminals create victims. people do not like to be victims. police are paid to serve and protect. I think today they preditorize and collect. Lawyers help people fight against corporations as well as criminals. It is easy to hate criminals but pay for the comfort and protection one perceives from the police and lawyers.
good question i'm one of these low life criminals who help employ lawyers yet they think of me as scum. be careful not to bite the hand that feeds you.
Personal security is a right and when someone violates that security, you are going to have those who dislike you. Do the crime and do the time.

ask me again when the criminal kills your parents/children and the police spend thousands of hours tracking him/her down and the laywer spends hundred of hours to prosecute him/her.
