Second post-Does anyone know free pro bono criminal lawyer(s) in michigan?

Question:
she is not charged with a crime, because she did not commit one.
its a strange story. she does not and will not be charged with any thing

Answer:
If she isn't charged with and will not be charged with then why do you need a lawyer? If you truly need a pro bono (which already means free) then I would suggest you call the Attorney's Registration and Disciplinary Commission in your city, they will provide you with a list of those who do pro bono work.
pro bono means free
if not charged with a crime, then it will be very hard to find a lawyer to do pro-bono

depending on the nature of the issue at hand, maybe contacting a women's support group in the area, if really poor maybe a local group or maybe try the local law school to see if they have a program to help
If she's not charged why would she need an attorney?
when you get arrested, SHUT THE FU-CK UP!!!!!!!.. this is top legal advice and it is free.
