i was on NUTRI-SYSTEM damn that stuff really worked too!!
you shouldn't need to "assist" the diet with anything! i lost 82 pounds in like 8 months...
i bought a workout tape (thru nutri-system) and it was a GREAT accompniment to the program itself

These pills are just a money making scam. If you think about it 99% of the pills always have to be used associated with an exercise program. (diet pills both OTC and prescription by doctor, have serious side-affects) It is the exercise that helps lose weight not the pills. But PLEASE consult your doctor first. .
