I cannot stress enough how important excercise is with this as with any diet. Just taking pills doesn't do the trick. Eat healthier and cut out the bads. It's vital to take in lots of water. Have water with your meals and eat slower taking smaller bites, you will find yourself becoming more full as your stomach cup shrinks in size. Also, drink natural green tea with no dilutions or sugar. This is what I have done and I have also used 'Hoodia Gordonii 500 Complex'. I get it from Wal-Mart for just over $13 for 60 capsules. Now a lot of people certain pills or diets work differently with, but I can honestly say this one and this hoodia worked for me. Good luck.
no i didn't try these pills but i recomand that you decrease the amount of carbs you eat and try to walk or run or try any sports i am sure you will be in a perfect shape soon
I have not tried the hoodia product that you mention, but I am a big fan of hoodia and do use it daily.
I prefer liquid hoodia since it goes to work faster than pills and more of it is absorbed into your body, which would make it more effective.
There are a few things that you should always look for when buying or even just looking around at hoodia products.
First of all make sure it's not a knockoff. You will see some products that have tons of other ingredients added and the % of hoodia is so small that you can't even tell that there is any hoodia in it.
Make sure that it comes from South Africa. There are some that comes from other countries and they are just not as good.
Make sure it's Hoodia Gordonii. There are other varieties of Hoodia but the gordonii variety is best.
I really do like liquid hoodia and it has worked for me.
Look around and you will find one that will work for you.
