Farenheit is great for diet pill. Its specially made for women. It costs roughly 30 dollars. But remember you need to exercise and eat right for any of thoes pills to work.
As I know tabletes are small amounts of chemicals that speed up our metabolism and that isnt healthy.as the mather of fact i know from first hand that using the tablets can cause an bad alergical reaction and also you could loose too much weight and not stop loosing it when you come to the desired body weight.
I also think that starving yourself to death also isnt healty and could lead to a number of health problems like diarea , dehidration , poor hair and nail quality problems with bones etc etc.
You should try Weight watchers program i am most confident that they have every bit of knowledge you need for a healty diet.(also you have to have nerves of steel ;-)
There 2 types of diet pills that are FDA approved. One is Xenical (orlistat), which decreases fat absorption in the stomach by 30% and Sibutramine which plays with you brain chemicals to make you less hungry and crave less things. Nonetheless everything comes at a price. 1) The pills need to be complemented with diet to give results, 2) Xenical causes diarrhea which can lead to enormous health consequences, 3) sibutramine makes your nerves very jittery so you can get mad and blow off for the simplest things. Also the body gets used to it and eventually you will need larger and larger doses of sibutramine to achieve the same effect. Keep in mind that both of these drugs have no studies on long term intake. So nobody knows what happens if you take them for a long time.
