Eat good brekfast..Cut all bad carbs from your diet..drink lost green tea..take at lest 6 salmon oil pills a day..add grapefrut to your every meal..and be active..I lost 75 LB..It works bolive me.Im 40 years old..130Lb and I feel great...Salmon oil ..and green tea is the best fat burner there is..good luck
I work as a pharmacy tech. There is no health "pill" for weight loss. All it takes is determination and belief in yourself. I know that sounds corny and silly, but it is the truth! Most of the pills are laxatives or water loss pills. Laxatives are not good to take for weight loss, you will loss many nutrients and things that your body needs. Please just try determination and belief in yourself. You will feel MUCH better about yourself.
