The diet pills out now...does anyone know what happens when you go off them?

Question:
Is your metabolism then messed up forever? Do you gain twice as much weight back?

Answer:
Yeah, once your on the diet pill you will lose weight quick, but once you get off it, the weight will come back twice as much as you had lost. It's better to lose weight the natural way by eating right and exercising, it might take time to lose the wait but it's much healthier for you, rather than diet pills that also can have some harmful side effects.
You should get a medical opinion. I wouldn't trust just anybody with my health.
The answer to weight loss is simple-eat less, move more. Eat a sensible diet and workout-forget the gimicky quick fixes that don't last.
From my own personal experience pills help you reduce cravings and once your off the pills you start craving again and if you are not eating healthy you can gain it all or more. If your not going to take more pills go to a nutritionist to get a healthy diet for you to lose weight or stay the same without pills.
some do and some don't. It is much more effective to exersices and sweat the extra weight off than to use pills
