Not quite sure what your question is here, are you wanting validation that you are not wrecking your body with unknown chemicals? Losing 5kilos sounds like a lot so you must have been very obese beforehand. Glad you didn't experience any side effects but I would quit now whilst the going is good and try to get a fitness regime going to maintain this weight loss and get some tone back to your body. I hope this was the kind of answer you were hoping for, as I am a bit confused as to what response you were looking for.

No ! we just had a lecture about obesity last week these pills dont help ! because your mind got a set point and tries to maintain it .. so whenever you stop using these pills your weight will return .. my advice is to excerise ! :")
