I also like Trim Spa, I am at the moment taking the carb blocker and I have lost 15 lbs. in 3 weeks...JOY !!
I liked trimspa it works awesome
If a good body came in a pill then everyone would have one. Eating healthy and exercise is the only way. Discipline! (the minute you go off a 'diet' pill all of the weight and then some comes right back)!
