Diet, Excercise, pills? help me please!?
Question:
Answer:
lower carbs, do some weights, weight lifting increases metabolism, which will help burn fat. cardio 5 times a week and weight lifting 3 days a week. don't bother with pills, i tried all they only make you shaky. the only way is diet and exercise.
Avoid the pills at all costs, unless you are consulted by a doctor and are not losing ANY weight, period. Even if its going slowly, those pills are not all they are jacked up to be, and have negative side effects. Eat right, exercise at least three times a week, and no binging. Keep healthy and motivated! Good luck!
dont eat carbs {bread, pasta, rice, crackers}. skip deep fried, eat vegies and fresh fruit only, dont eat the pills, they are not healthy.
Be sure you eat a decent breakfast that includes at least 18 grams of protein, and cut your carbohydrate intake down to less than 30 net carbs per day. If you are not already, add some resistance/weight training.. more muscles burn more calories (high metabolism=more weight loss). And drink plenty of water.
Do NOT listen to people who say avoid carbs. Your body needs carbs and besides, proteins and carbs give you the same number of calories (4 kcal/gram).
I find that if you do low intensity cardio for 3+ hours once a week it will kick starts your metabolism. Just watch your calories that day, doing a lot of cardio is no excuse to pig out.
To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss.
