If I am already taking certain vitamins, can I take a diet pill such as one a day weightsmart??

Probably not. There are some vitamins (the fat soluble ones like E, K etc.) that are toxic if you take too much. If you are already taking a multi vitamin or any of the fat soluble ones, the addition of another mutlivitamin is a really bad idea. I would pick one or the other and take those.

why? one day vitamins arent the greatest. go to GNC or vitamin world. keep in mind that taking too many vitamins isnt good for you. you'll intoxicate your liver.
