Which diet pills should I buy?

Question:
I know about al the risk, just need help with loosing about 20 pounds.
none of the over the counter ones work.period.

you should consult your MD, there are some that are offered as a prescription that work well.
How dumb are you? You know about the risk and are willing to take in instead of showing some self control and exercising? You can't loose 20lbs by yourself? Pitiful.
buy the ones that work. oh wait, there aren't any.
Byeing Diet Pills Isnt A Good Idea.
Trim Spa Dream Body worked well for me...lotsa water and you're good to go.
I would recommend not wasting your money. The over the counter weight loss pills are not FDA tested for their effectiveness as weight loss drugs, only for their effects on your health. I have tried many and have not had any positive results. Your doctor can prescribe a weight loss medication, but those are generally restricted to patients needing to lose more than 50-75 pounds, because they work TOO well.

Your best bet is to change your lifestyle instead. Squeeze more physical activity into your day, measure portion sizes, eat more fruits and veggies. Cut added sugars, sodas, candy, etc. Taking a multivitamin may help, if you are not doing so already. Many little things, like chromium and magnesium, can assist weight loss if the levels are right. Good luck!
don't buy diet pills, they are extremely unhealthy. you probably wont keep the weight off if you lose it quickly. it's better to diet and exercise and lose it slowly instead of taking pills.
I think diet pills are a way to make money. Just throw some good sounding powder in a capsule, market it and make millions off of people who don't want to exercise and want to stuff their faces.

Atkins, South Beach, Weight-watchers and Jenny Craig all work. There are great dieting websites to help you.
Hey, even weight loss pills won't help without excersise, there needs to a balance. so exercise...just walk, eat right and as far as the pills go, make sure they are epherda free. i like BSN's Thermogenix. they are the best on the market. good luck. oh, im a personal trainer.
I wouldn't take them...even if they say there are no side-effects...it could affect you later in life. If you wanna lose weight, the best thing to do is a cardiovascular workout. Try 3 times a week for 15 minutes...thats how much everybody should exercise, but if you can do more thats great.

If you are trying to get rid of a "tummy" you need to do cardiovascular because sit-ups alone will not do anything...its the outer layer of fate over the muscles that you need to get rid of. A way of losing weight is the fruit and water diet, but only do that for a week because you need other vitamins to maintain a healthy body and diet! Good luck!
You need to know what kind of foods do you consume in excess.
Carbohydrates, fats, or sugar ( eg.Coke)

"Xenical" is a prescription recommend from doctors that it is safe to use and no side effects. It gets rid of all the oil in the food, and is excreted.

If you're addicted to alcoholic drinks or coke, cut down on it, or simply replace by other non-calorie drink such as tea, water...etc.

Use your will power rather than *relying* on drugs would be best.
The power of the scheming to exploit the greedy and lazy is proved by your question.
Lipodrene is probably the best available. However, the FDA just re-instated the ban on it. That's how good it works, the FDA wants it off the market, so the pharmaceutical giants can push their prescription weight-loss meds.

If you can find it - get it now.

It's the only weight-loss pills that has worked this good for me. I stocked up on it.
Despite what the naysayers have to say, some diet pills do help you. But they will only work with a low calorie diet and exercise. What has worked for me is hoodia. It helps curb my appetite so I'm not eating everything on my plate. Hoodia plus doing the Core has helped me a lot.
NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.

You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don't have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.

There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and any attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again. The diet pills can have the same effect, in that they stop your body from having a normal metabolism, which is really bad news for your health, even if you are exercising and eating healthy.
