Not everything we do today is dangerous. Ask your parents where to but them. I can't, and won't condone giving you this information, for your own safety, even if I did know where.
Consultation with your doctor and your parents is a must. Your doctor will be the best person to guide you in the right direction.Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...
well try green tea, you can get the pills or drink it. it can help you and wont hurt you. also drink lots of water. just be careful with any pills i know you have heard it many times but most of them hurt you more than they help. my heart still hurts from from all the crap i took as a kid.
DRINK 1 GALLON OF WATER PER DAY believe me you wont be hungry and you will get plenty of exercise trotting to the potty. Water is a great purifier, the best thing for you.
Why use diet pills when there are other things that you can do that is much healthier for you.Like eat small meals though out the day drink plenty of water and get some kind of exercise. The pills can just make you jittery and can cause permanent damage to you body.
Coffee/sodas. Stay far away from concentrated caffein pills and junk sold over the counter at the local truck stop.
Absolutely necessary to put an age when yer "seventeen" in there. Nice.
Exercise and stay away from supersizing the happy meals says it best.
stick with lots of fluids -- its better than any pill. Believe it or not most pills only work by reducing the fluids your body retains which is temporary -- like the first time you have a glass of water its back again. you can fill up your stomach with fluids though just stay off the soda -- think natural 100% juice and water! No "diet" drinks -- its long and chemically involved but they mess up your digestion so you can actaully gain a lot of weight if you eat with diet drinks. Stay away from things with high fructose corn syrup (like most sodas). There are lots of early studys going on now -- 40 yrs late -- that suggest it is really not good for you!
The only diet pills I know that a 17 yr old may have before age 18 are those your parent along with doctor may decide as essential for your health. I am an adult and I would never embark on weight loss program without my doctor's advice.
However, I practiced leaving last two-three bites of everything on my plate and ate nothing near bedtime for weight and self-control.
