There are no right diet pills. I'm in high school and so many of my friends have tried them, gotten sick from them, and ended up gaining more weight than when they started. Diet and exercise are the best way. If you stick with a regimen and don't let yourself have those "guilty pleasures," you'll see results.
Dont try diet pills , just do it yourself. I have had no luck using those pricey pills. Eats lot of fiber and drink water to keep yourself full. it works for me.
Diet pill?! don't use diet pills. those things suck. try eating healthier and exercising. there are tons of great ways to get in shape. dancing, karate, lifting weights, running, swimming, biking, skating, yoga, aerobics, . Diet pills are the so called easy way... but they don't even work. Try something fun and productive.
hey lady,dont u ever try to take any pill.they r dangerous.do exercises.aerobics the best thing to lose weight in just one month.be positive,no stress.drink alot of water.have a control on cheese,icecreams,any fried things.
