Can a Diet Pill like Lipo 6, stacker 2, farenehit, hidroxycut help me lose fat and build muscle?

I had an accident and i didn't work out for a while and put on weight, now my doc cleared me and i wanna go back to my old strenght training routine but i have fat around my stomach. can a diet pill help me loose the fat and keep building muscle? i also do a lot of cardio and i see some results but not fast enough, i just need to loose 10 lbs at most. any suggestions?

No. A diet pill will dehydrate you, making it seem like you've lost a significant amount of weight in a short period of time. Many will give you a big "energy boost" ie "caffeine jolt", and many people have ended up with permanant arrythmias. Just keep at the strength training...more muscle burns more calories which means more fat burned. Seriously, steer clear of diet aids.

try a diet of very low carbs. my wife did it and lost over 100 lbs. ( no kidding ) keep your exercise routine and watch your caloric intake and you will lose those pounds fast and won't even miss the fat.
Those product will only increase the amount of sweet u produce will exercising. They will help u drop weight but one needs to dramatically increase the amount of water consumed! Very important. Allot of times u will see a increasee in weight lass but most of it is only water and not fat. The only healthy formula is to simply increas calorie expenditure that is greater then your calorie intake. Drinking enough water will also help to start loosing weight. Those product will NOT build muscle!!
Be very careful of any "diet" pill that contains caffiene...
Some of these pills contain amounts that isn't healthy and along with diet and excercise you may find yourself with heart palpatations and/or worse you may find that a previous unidentified heart condition could rear it's ugly head.

Stay away from the hoax pills and just cut back on intake.you'll find you can eat the same things but if you cut back the amount you'll lose weight without starving yourself.

It's simple don't eat as much; and you will loose weight. Drink water instead of soft drinks or milk or anything else.
