A diet pill that really works!!!?
Question:
Answer:
try Nutrilite HCA Plus
I don't think that there is a diet pill that really works, but you can try emptying your fridge and pantry of anything artificial or high in fat and replace it with fruits, nuts, cheese, or any other healthier options. Also excersise regularly.
It's simple. Don't take in as many colories and get more exercise.
No pill is going to melt the pounds away. It's a waste of money.
Losing weight is work and it's not easy. Accept that and deal with it.
sorry hun, but diet pills never work they could just give your body lots of risks. Try eating right and exercise groups. You might think they won't help and at first you won't see much results but if you keep to it then after a while you will.
you should not worry weight come and go as fast it come it will go as fast
Diet pills will make you gain more weight in the long run and they all have side effects that are not worth it. Do it the old fashioned way. Try Jorge Criuse's "Real shapes, Real sizes". It's a very easy safe and effective diet.
Okay look, lets be honest here-
STOP EATING. Don't eat fast food, drink lots and lots of water- don't eat after 6;30 in the evening, Walk a lot, fast walk, don't eat fruit after 6:30 (to much water in fruit)... weight just doesn't come off... give it time, a good 6 months. Stick to a plan. AND STICK TO IT!! No sodas, NO cheese cake- Just do it!!
Regular exercise, avoid sugar and sugary food. Do it in one month and see how quickly you have deflated.
Exercising is best, but if you don't have time you can try
You can try http://www.carb-blocker-pill.com...
Eat healthy and exercise - this is the ONLY way to lose weight. You could take some sort of a pill, but you cannot do that for the rest of your life. The only way to lose weight and keep it off - forever - is to change your habits.
I noticed that when I stopped going out to eat I lost a lot of weight (I used to go once a week) - restaurant food has a TON of fat in it, more in one meal than you should probably eat in an enitre week. I also stopped snacking, which helped a lot.
